Would you enjoy spending this Sunday afternoon visiting a historic nineteenth century farm in Guerneville next to the majestic Armstrong Redwoods State Park and the Russian River? Bay Area Green Tours is partnering with a new destination that we are very excited about and would like to share it with you, as our guest!

Have you been searching for a special location for potential clients who might be interested in conducting a workshop, party, reunion, or retreat? Or perhaps a place to spend some quality time with friends or family?

We are partnering with beautiful Sabor Mexicano Farm and are hosting a complimentary Open House. The Colonel Armstrong Home, circa 1890, has been completely renovated with lodging amenities for 12 to 20 guests.

Jorge Saldana, a Mexican farmer, will guide you through the historic home, commercial kitchen, and the 10 acre organic farm which includes goats and chickens!

Jorge owns Cancun Taqueria in Berkeley and all of the lettuce, tomatoes, onions and garlic for the restaurant comes straight from these fields!

Well, not all of it – some will go to the delicious complementary Mexican meal at 5:00PM that will be sourced from the same fields you just walked through. It can’t get any fresher than that!

2:00-3:00 Tour the house, farm and commercial kitchen with Jorge.
3:00-4:00 Free time to explore and relax.
4:00-5:00 Tour the house and farm and commercial kitchen with Jorge.
5:00-6:00 Dinner (vegetarian option available.)

You are welcome to arrive any time during the day and to come and go as you please. Perhaps you might like to tour the farm at 2:00 and then go to the river or hike on the property. Or you might just want to relax and put out a picnic blanket and bring a bottle of wine and a good book! You are our guest for the day.

Please REGISTER for the tour, the meal or both. We need to have an accurate count for this Open House as we only have 30 dinners. This event is first come first served!!

Once you register we will send you a confirmation with directions and a list of fun things to do along the way!
