Crafted with love and a dedication to authentic flavor, our Home Made Tortilla Chips undergo a traditional process known as nixtamalization. It all begins with whole corn kernels, gently cooked overnight in a mixture of water and limestone. Next, the corn is ground using hand-carved volcanic stones and meticulously adjusted by hand to achieve the perfect balance of texture and taste. The resulting masa is then shaped into tortillas, baked perfectly, and carefully fried into crispy tortilla chips. Each chip is seasoned with just the right amount of sea salt before being bagged, and each bag is finally labeled and boxed by hand.

Blue Corn Tortilla Chips

Thick Tortilla Chips

Unsalted Tortilla Chips
